We didn't choose this life on the road because we wanted to escape ours.
We chose it because we wanted more of it.
More time together. Experiences we'd talk about forever. Memories with people we hold so close to our heart. And more opportunities to see the world with a lot less waiting for “someday.”
So now we’re a family of four, coming up on year six on the road, living and traveling full-time in our converted school bus. What started as a decision to live life a little differently has grown into Prince Family Travel. A place to document the beautiful destinations, unexpected breakdowns, lessons learned, family adventures, and all the ordinary moments in between.
Why the Road?
We realized we didn't want family time to be something we squeezed into whatever time was left after everything else. So we made a choice.
Not necessarily an easier life, because trust us- it's anything but that, but one that gives us more of what matters most to us: time together.
The road has become our home, our classroom, our playground and one pretty incredible teacher. We're learning as we go, raising our family along the way, and showing our children that there isn't only one way to build a life.
More Than Travel
Prince Family Travel has never been just about checking states off a map. Yes we have huge goals to see the world, but it is way more than that. It's about living intentionally, choosing family, collecting experiences and spreading love wherever we go.

We don't believe positivity means pretending everything is perfect. Life on the road definitely isn't. Things break constantly. Plans change on a whim. Gas prices spike. So many things become of our control. However, what we do have control over is what we put into the world while we're figuring it all out.
